TwinCore Twin Simulation

A growing digital twin visualization and simulation testbed for complex industrial systems.

TwinCore is a modular software foundation for visualizing and exploring how interconnected industrial systems operate together. Rather than attempting to replace existing engineering platforms, it provides a flexible environment for building interactive demonstrations, experimenting with system behaviour, and communicating operational complexity through immersive 3D experiences.

Built around a system-of-systems architecture, TwinCore models relationships between equipment, infrastructure, operations, logistics, maintenance, environmental conditions, and business factors. Using synthetic datasets today—and designed for future integration with live operational data—it demonstrates how changes in one part of a facility can influence many others through cascading effects.

Our current platform focuses on visualization, scenario playback, asset relationships, equipment health indicators, feedstock logistics, and digital inspection concepts. It serves as a development and demonstration environment for ideas such as predictive maintenance, sensorless visual inspection, IoT connectivity, and AI-assisted operational decision support, while remaining clearly separate from production control systems.

Visualizing Component Wear in Real Time

Bringing engineering data, operational context, and system relationships together into a human-readable environment makes complex industrial information far easier to understand. TwinCore™ is being developed to demonstrate how visualization, simulation, and intelligent analysis can work together to improve situational awareness, support maintenance planning, and communicate the behaviour of large interconnected systems.

As our platform evolves, TwinCore™ is being designed as a reusable foundation for refinery, manufacturing, utility, infrastructure, and smart city demonstrations. By transforming complex engineering information into intuitive visual experiences, it helps technical teams, operators, executives, and stakeholders better understand how large industrial environments function, interact, and respond to changing conditions.
