I'm announcing my dual use TrainVR Pro VR training service is selected by a world class military partner in Ukraine to compete for Best Military Training Sim! This is a highly prestigious honour and responsibility.
This opportunity is the result of a connection and trust built over time, of mutual appreciation, my capacity to build, to listen, and to innovate, and the generous teamwork with Maksym Pozhydaiev, founder of MP Group Ukraine to the client agency, who made this possible.
If you're following my posts, you'll know my specialties are streamlining process while creating depth and detail. TrainVR Pro's speed & ease of use, combined with my near-instantaneous detailed imagination and rapid 3D prototyping skill, plus my accomplishments in AI with SingularityNET and Carbix Corp, generated confidence with the most professional of leadership. There's more to come.
To represent Canadian small business on an international stage, I've applied to a Canadian government grant program requiring matching donations, for a total of $50k CAD.
This is your opportunity to sponsor our participation and share your business identity alongside Ukrainian defence professionals and TrainVR Pro at this highly prestigious event, we we are informally representing Canadian innovation to international participants.
This project is especially meaningful because the client's values and mine align with how I believe this technology should unfold: discussion, development and testing with professionals to discover what is useful, what is practical, what improves training outcomes, and, what does not.
TrainVR Pro already provides a strong foundation to compete: rapid agentic web and server side development in days, not weeks. 3D scenario development in days, not months. Instructor control of scenario details.
A willingness to move fast and make things.
TrainVR Pro reduces friction & conforms to speed and security needs - no cloud services required. It supports desktop, tablet, phone and headset delivery VIA render streaming.
Conversational AI assistant instructors, autonomous drone simulations, video, web page/slide deck support, multiplayer capabilities, weather system and a feature set any instructor can activate at will for their lesson to compare new training concepts.
For a small Canadian technology company, being able to bring this work onto this highly competitive, demanding stage is a major achievement.
There is now one more hurdle: assembling the matching contribution needed to fully fund our participation and development work.
I’ll share the numbers, what we intend to build, and exactly where the funding would go.
To bring TrainVR Pro from MVP to resilient military training simulation, funding is required. I've applied to Innovate BC which requires matching funding; grant programs for solopreneurs, even autistic developers, do not exist.
Therefore, I'm choosing a sponsorship path for matching contributions in return for presentation in promotional material before and at the event. Referrals to businesses, non-profits and individuals are most welcome.
40% AI Engineering & Research
We have cloud LLM & text to voice already integrated, along with a locally run system which doesn't require internet access. We'll further develop our AI and generative AI services to further empower instructors. We'll integrate advice from our Ukrainian partner to shape LoRA training and integration.
15% Web development & Instructor Tools
Our web solution is developed with TalkIDE agentic AI coders: https://talkide.app/
Changes take hours, not days or weeks. We'll improve web side Instructor tools, lesson creation, add more training assets selection and modify the workflow, guided by Ukrainian instructors themselves.
12% 3D content and reusable assets
We'll add to library objects, environments and situational building models. My sdrone swarm parametric simulation with state-machine-driven drones is already integrated.
9% Project Management & Reporting
Record keeping to ensure development documentation and delivery is up to date.
8% Partner liason, testing and acceptance
Working directly with partners to ensure testing turns into reliable performance matching their goals and needs.
7% Legal, accounting and reporting
Payments to a professional third party to ensure all donations and payments are accounted.
9% Contingency
For surprises, overruns and last-minute requirements.
Your turn To Shine!
We're not building from scratch - you're funding the next iteration of my TrainVR platform so we can take it to a serious national competition, representing Canadians innovation to Ukrainian experts, and to the world.
If this sounds like a project your organization would like to be a part of, please message me, or comment below. I'll be proud to promote your business, name or charity of your choice in all our public and competition materials.
Thank you for your attention, and your support!
